About The International Dark Folklore Exhibition
For centuries, storytellers and artists have been the keepers of folklore, preserving the histories and legends of countless cultures. Without their creativity, the narratives that have shaped our world would fade into obscurity. The GROTA x Dark Cornwall International Dark Folklore Exhibition invites our community to join us in continuing this tradition—inspiring and engaging new audiences with folktales from around the world. At a time when holistic human creativity is increasingly overshadowed by machine-generated content, this exhibition exists to reaffirm the irreplaceable value of the lived experience, perspective, and imagination that each and every artist brings to the stories they preserve.
